POSITION: HVAC Refigeration Technician

Hourly rate will be based on experience

The position requires:

  • Conducting preventative maintenance tasks

  • Attending to breakdowns and carrying out necessary repairs

  • Possessing strong technical problem-solving abilities

  • Collaborating with apprentices as necessary

  • Maintaining and nurturing positive client relationships

  • Working effectively within a team or autonomously, with or without supervision.

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Mechanical HVAC Trade Certification

  • Active Refrigeration Handling License

  • Active Queensland Restricted Electrical License

  • Valid Australian driver’s license

  • Construction White/Blue Card

POSITION: Sheet Metal Duct Installer

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. You will be responsible for completing sheet metal fabrication and installation across a variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret working drawings related to specific area of expertise, either fabrication or installation

  • Install ductwork and fittings and associated equipment in accordance with fabrication design requirements or installation drawings to Company standards

  • Complete material and equipment take offs and ordering as required

  • Oversee the activities of Apprentices and Trades Assistants within the designated site team

  • Compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards

  • Professional interaction with customers and clients

  • Accurate job documentation and reporting

About You

  • Trade qualified in Engineering and Sheet Metal Fabrication

  • Current Construction White Card

  • Current driver’s licence

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, well-presented, and customer focused
