Gibbs Air welcomes skilled refrigeration technicians to join our service and construction divisions, whether it's a desire to switch workplaces or relocate entirely to the stunning and thriving Mackay Region.

POSITION: Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic

POSITION: Service HVAC Technician

$41 – $50 per hour

The position requires:

• Conducting preventative maintenance tasks

• Attending to breakdowns and carrying out necessary repairs

• Possessing strong technical problem-solving abilities

• Collaborating with apprentices as necessary

• Maintaining and nurturing positive client relationships

• Working effectively within a team or autonomously, with or without supervision.

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• Mechanical HVAC Trade Certification

• Active Refrigeration Handling License

• Active Queensland Restricted Electrical License

• Valid Australian driver’s license

• Construction White/Blue Card
