For Hastings Deering, we delivered a complete air conditioning and ventilation solution designed to perform under the same high standards expected across mining-aligned facilities.
Scope of Works
The project included a new installation of:
VRF air conditioning systems
Dust extraction systems
General and toilet ventilation
Each element was integrated to support airflow, temperature control and operational performance across the workshop and warehouse spaces.
Staged Delivery to Support Operations
To maintain productivity on site, key systems were prioritised during construction. 9 x 20ft Big Ass Fans were commissioned early to improve airflow and comfort within the warehouse, while the Ground and Level 1 communications rooms were brought online ahead of schedule to allow data works to proceed without delay. This staged approach minimised disruption and supported continuous site activity.

Working within a facility aligned to mining industry standards required strict adherence to safety protocols across the workshop, warehouse and construction zones. Our experienced site team maintained rigorous quality control throughout the installation, minimising defects and delivering a complete system ready for independent commissioning.
